Design for a qualitative diagnostic tool to be used internally within a company. A survey type of tool for gathering internal feedback about ongoing projects. The tool had a few different user types, each one with specific requirements. For example the two most prominent user types were an editor level user, and responder – the user who would answer the questions. The user with editor capabilities would use this tool to create or edit questionaries by defining various topics and questions to be answered. The responder would only see the questions and would be able to answer and send feedback.
